Homemade Pizza



Most pizza begin with a basic tomato and mozzarella base, from there you can add whatever toppings you please. Here is a basic pizza recipe, which tastes absolutely great on its own, but the toppings are up to you.


1 Quantity Pizza Dough or Pre-bought Pizza Base

5 Tbsp Tomato Passata
1 Ball Mozzarella, torn
50g Parmesan, grated
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
torn basil
olive oil
(1). Pre-heat oven to 220 centigrade/ Gas Mark 6
(2). Roll out pizza dough to form a large 12 inch circle, place dough in a pre-oiled pizza tray or on a floured pizza stone.
(3). Dollop passata onto centre of the dough and use a spoon or ladle to spread over the base, leaving a good 1 inch crust around the outside.
(4). Place the sliced mozzarella over the passata, then scatter the tomato pieces over the top. Sprinkle the oregano and grated Parmesan over the top then dot your Nduja all over the pizza using a spoon.
(5). Drizzle with oil and cook in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or till dough becomes cooked and golden.
(6). Remove from oven scatter with fresh torn basil.
(7). Then cut and enjoy.
