Baby Octopus Stew

Moscardino, baby octopus, are maybe not everyone’s cup of tea, however, if you like seafood then you should maybe give them a try. By adding the tomato and beans to make a stew you create a hearty dish which needs nothing more than some good crusty, or griddled, bread.

100g cooked canellini beans
